Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, we may take action to stop the unacceptable behavior, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community without warning (and without refund). Batteram respects our community member’s privacy. Batteram will never sell or otherwise share participant email for the purpose of profit to any third party organizations. Our general email list is a private list, used only for official communication from the Batteram and includes our newsletter. However, our forums and chat provide an opportunity for the members of our Batteram community to contact Batteram participants. Although your email is not made public, we suggest that you create and alternate email address for use with Batteram Forums and Chat so that you may moderate how you are contacted by other members. We allow this so that members can contact each other for greater team building opportunities.
Consent to this general email usage policy is granted by participating in or registering for Batteram and it's websites, forums and chat.
